We'd love to get guidance on how to use social media to differentiate ourselves from other wellness brands.

How This Will Help

We're building Haven Health from scratch and want to be sure that our brand comes through on social media. This will be really important as we pitch investors on our ability to attract customers and connect with them through our communications and marketing. We have experience using social media for organizations, but want a fresh take on how to use which channels to set us up for influencer partnerships in the future.

We currently have pitch decks and a brand vision which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a great attitude and the ability to provide any other information you need.

Haven is started at UC Berkeley and our founders are obsessed with hiking in the beautiful hills nearby! And exploring Oakland's bustling food and health scene.

Milestone 1: Analysis and Feedback
  • Professional conducts a thorough analysis of existing social media accounts
  • Professional suggests the best social media platforms to use, along with overall goals and associated key metrics
  • Professional suggests guidelines for page creation, content posting and commenting
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
Milestone 2: Document Creation
  • Professional drafts a strategic document which includes overall goals, messaging guidelines and metrics overview
Milestone 3: Final Deliverables
  • Professional delivers final document with advice on how to implement plan over the next few months
Prerequisites for Professional
  • Background in social media, online marketing, or communications
  • Deep understanding of social networking sites and how to build a following
  • Understanding of the variances in appropriate tone and messaging on different social media platforms

  • A dedicated staff member willing to learn and sustain a social media presence
  • Ideas about key messages you need to convey and to what audiences
