Project details

What we need
  • A review of Organization's communications goals and target audiences
  • Identification of appropriate timeline and implementation approach based on goals and audience
  • Messaging guidelines (with examples) based on audience and delivery methods
  • Outline of necessary steps for implementation
What we have in place
  • We currently have a draft plan and other tools, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have time set aside for completion, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to use the funds saved to help patients in our community. We currently serve over 20,000 under-served children and families, whom we do not turn away because of their inability to pay.

Currently we are focused on rebranding our organization, along with remodeling one of our main locations. In addition to having completed a community needs assessment and recent strategic goals, it is important for our Communications Plan/Strategy to fall in line with our mission, vision and plans for our patients, staff and community members. We'd like to develop a plan consistent with our current projects that fully utilizes our media outlets, in an effort to reach our patients, staff and stakeholders.
