What we need
  • Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing

What we have in place
  • We currently have a huge selection of photos, and logos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have old posters for a starting point, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to help us recruit new volunteers and spread awareness of our program in retail stores across the US.

We need new printed posters (8x10 & 8x14) to help advertise our non-profit at events and outdoor stores across the country. Eye catching posters will help us recruit new volunteers, fill our service projects, and improve our fundraising efforts.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual brand guidelines or examples, images you'd like to include in the designed brochure (if applicable), and finalized copy for brochure to inform design

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals of brochure, target audience, and style preferences

Milestone 2: Preliminary Design
  • Professional performs initial design and layout and sends to Organization for up to 3 rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Final Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions, along with print specifications to Organization
  • Professional advises on best practices for printing

Our mission

Wilderness Volunteers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization currently making plans for our 21st season of providing low cost service projects that give ordinary citizens the opportunity to experience our nation's wild places while giving something back. We promote engaged community stewardship of America's wild lands through organizing & promoting volunteer service in cooperation with agencies across the US. Our core objective is to provide effective & enthusiastic volunteer labor to the federal agencies that manage our wilderness areas & support these managing agencies in their struggle to address critical projects & preserve wild lands on ever shrinking budgets.
