Event Photography
Project details
What we need
- A photographer who will attend the Organization's event to take photos
- A set of professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered in a digital format suitable for web or print use
- Note: The photographer needs to be available in the same geographical location as the Organization or be willing to travel at own expense
What we have in place
- We currently have an event plan and branding, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the ability to assign volunteers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to help more clients.
GAIN's Go Formal for Freedom Gala will be March 22 2019 at the W Atlanta Midtown Hotel.
At our annual gala in March, we will be inspired by the dedication of our clients and volunteer attorneys through the presentation of four awards, moving client stories, and other remarks. The evening includes a VIP pre-reception, cocktail hour, silent auction, and dinner, and we close out the night with a Bollywood DJ dance party.
Project plan
Our mission
Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network (GAIN)'s mission is to to provide free immigration legal services to victims of crime and persecution. Our vision is safety, freedom, and opportunity for all.
What we do
Since its inception in 2005, Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network (GAIN) has served Georgia's vulnerable immigrant community with pro bono legal representation.
GAIN attorneys train and mentor volunteer attorneys, screen cases, and offer technical assistance in immigration matters, while taking on a small percentage of our cases, usually with complex needs, through direct representation. Our impact has grown over time as we expanded the Asylum program's successful model of training and mentoring volunteer attorneys to create the Victims of Violence program for victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes.
Since 2005, through direct representation and pro bono referrals, GAIN has helped over 6,600 women, men, and children secure immigration status as a result of a prior victimization or fear of persecution.
