Website Construction (CMS-Based)
Help Hope Dental Clinic communicate their work with a content management system (CMS)-based website, so that they can easily manage and update site content on a regular basis.
Website Construction (CMS-Based)
Project details
What we need
- Development of a new website using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Training to ensure Organization's staff members can update content and manage the site post-launch
- Note: This project is for a website built with a Content Management System (CMS), such as Wordpress, Squarespace, Joomla, Drupal, or Weebly . A CMS-based website can be maintained and updated easily (no coding required!)
What we have in place
- We already have a Wordpress based website with a lot of content. We need to fine tune it, add additional content which we have readily available and make sure it's aimed at all of our audiences. We also have two staff individuals who are able to tweak our website when needed in the future.
How this will help
This project will save us $16,822 , allowing us to provide care to hundreds of patients. We did receive a quote for $13,000 and we simply cannot afford this. Without this partnership, it simply will not get done.
Our website needs to pertain not only to patients but also to our hundreds of volunteers and many donors. It is difficult to find the right balance for these three different audiences. Without a good balance, we can not recruit volunteers as well as we should nor can we impress our donors. Without these two fundamental groups, we cannot offer services for more patients without dental insurance or the means to pay for care.

Testimonials
Annette was very professional and a joy to work with. Without her willingness to volunteer for this project, we would not have been able to have our website redone. The cost to do such an extensive project is astronomical. Now, we have a wonderful looking website and the money saved will go to help more of the uninsured receive free dental care.
