What we'd like to talk about
Our organization would like some financial and legal advice before purchasing additional property.
An individual with experience in real estate and lease agreements would be greatly appreciated.
Additional context
We are seeking to purchase a neighboring property for our performing arts venue. It is our hope to expand our stage and improve the dressing rooms. We want another pair of eyes to review any purchase agreement and help make sure we make the best deal possible.
