What we need
- A list of suggested vendors, such as: catering, venue, audio/visual (AV), decorations, merchandising
- Spreadsheet outlining expected costs per vendor
What we have in place
- We currently have Dedicated staff and an idea of what companies to look to, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Marketing and communication tools, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to Focus on bringing the program to fruition.
We are planning our first fundraising event. As the founder of this program, I am fully committed to making this a great event. I need vendors who share in my passion for wanting to create better places and spaces for youth.
