Project Details

What We Need
  • A list of suggested event vendors, including but not limited to: catering, venue, audio/visual (AV), decorations
  • Spreadsheet outlining expected costs per vendor
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have Dedicated staff and an idea of what companies to look to, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Marketing and communication tools, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

We are planning our first fundraising event. As the founder of this program, I am fully committed to making this a great event. I need vendors who share in my passion for wanting to create better places and spaces for youth.

Project Plan

Prep: Distribution of Materials and Goal Setting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss event goal, needs, and overall budget available
Milestone 1: Research and Recommendations
  • Professional researches potential vendors, gathers cost quotes, and compiles into spreadsheet
Milestone 2: Deliverable Review
  • Professional shares event vendor suggestions with Volunteer Manager and helps establish relationships with vendors, if needed
  • Volunteer Manager asks follow-up questions related to list provided

Our Mission

Mission Statement:
Is to get children and youth out of the city and into arts, science and nature. We will do this by leading weekend trips where children/youth can explore the world around them and beyond.

What We Do

We lead weekend outings for youth and children. Our goal is to foster a love for nature, arts and science that could be missed due to lack of opportunity.
