This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to give those dollars directly back into the community through scholarships so that at need families can attend health and wellness programs, daycare and/or summer camp.

What We Need

  • Designs for a pre-determined number of marketing or communications materials (examples: one-pager/fact sheets, case studies, fundraising collateral, event invitations, annual reports, and pamphlets)
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing

How This Will Help

We are looking to develop three pieces of print marketing material
1 - a one page fact sheet about what we do at the Y and how we support the community - We have an existing piece that is too busy
2 - a business mailer to engage businesses in either partnering, sponsoring events or donating
3 - a tri fold that tells at need families of services available to them in the community

We have funding for printing all of these

What We Have In Place

We currently have samples and ideas of what we want to do which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a designated employee to work with you and the ability to provide any other information you need.

  • Estimated Time
Volunteers: 15-25 hours over 1-2 weeks
