This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to use those funds to purchase other materials to increase awareness.

  • Expert consultation on messaging, scheduling and frequency
  • Tailored suggestions for style, tone, and types of content to best showcase the Organization

The success of our organization depends on reaching our target demographic. Without your help, we cannot reach our targeted demographic/target audience. Your skills will empower us to Be able to reach the clients that we need.

What We Have In Place

We currently have an active website which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have social media sites and the ability to provide any other information you need.

We are a very diverse company and we pride ourselves on being a one-stop-shop and we want to be able to promote our services and programs to our target demographic.

  • Location: Remote (work anywhere)

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares details of current online presence and general goals for the Social Media Plan with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager grants Professional access to existing social media accounts
Milestone 1: Analysis and Feedback
  • Professional conducts a thorough analysis of existing social media accounts
  • Professional suggests the best social media platforms to use, along with overall goals and associated key metrics
  • Professional suggests guidelines for page creation, content posting and commenting
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
Milestone 2: Document Creation
  • Professional drafts a strategic document which includes overall goals, messaging guidelines and metrics overview
Milestone 3: Final Deliverables
  • Professional delivers final document with advice on how to implement plan over the next few months
Prerequisites for Professional
  • Background in social media, online marketing, or communications
  • Deep understanding of social networking sites and how to build a following
  • Understanding of the variances in appropriate tone and messaging on different social media platforms
Prerequisites for Organization
  • A dedicated staff member willing to learn and sustain a social media presence
  • Ideas about key messages you need to convey and to what audiences
  • Access to existing social media accounts
