What we need
  • Audit of the existing systems and processes; the audit is limited to hiring and termination practices, work scheduling, payroll processing, benefits administration, insurance, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
  • Implementation of chosen software (if necessary)
  • Training on maintenance tasks

We use a great HR service--Gusto. I'm looking to maximize its features, get clear on benefits and time sheets, offer health insurance, etc. Would love to fit in a quick review of our employee manual and start looking at improving compensation/benefits plan.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an employee manual, Gusto, clear financials,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have all the normal org docs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to allowing us to increase our impact, increase our organizational capacity, be a competitive employer.

We started hiring staff in 2016 so we're new at this! Need to streamline HR for our small org. This project will help us simplify a vital operations function so we can get back to fulfilling our mission! Will also help us prepare to be a competitive employer so we can attract the best talent for what we can afford.
