- An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
- A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies

It would be great if you lived within a 90 mile radius of NYC but it is not a necessity.
What we have in place
- We currently have we have a narrative about us and our building a website now, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a good idea of our future goals based on another organizations program., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to have a business plan to set realistic goals, have a budget so we can control expenses and project what funding requirement are necessary as well us to produce materials need to successfully fundraise.
The goal of this project is to put into writing the short, mid, and long term goals of Catrock which has just reorganized as a new 5013c organization that has more than a 20 year history. The deliverables are as state above with an emphasis on an analysis of what kind of personnel is need to accomplish mid and long term goals and the financial /fundraising requirements that will be needed.
