Project details

What we need
  • A Public Relations (PR) strategy rooted in the Organization's public relations goals
  • Identification of the audiences Organization should be addressing and the media outlets they should target to reach stated audiences
  • A press list created based on Organization's target media outlets
  • Recommendations on the best tactics to build relationships with Organization's target media outlets
What we have in place
  • We currently have some marketing materials, and a draft press release ready, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a website, and are active on social media, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,343 , allowing us to (frankly, we could never spend this amount on a p.r. effort!) $6K is significant and adds 10-15 at-risk youth in our school mentoring program, or 3 at-risk youth in our year long 1-to-1 program.

After 39 years, our agency is still a well kept secret. We need to become more visible and be able to tell our story effectively and efficiently. We have many dynamic success stories. Further, we have just launched a new Initiative that is an opportunity to present our agency in a leadership role within the local communities we serve. We need to maximize on this opportunity, but we are unskilled at P.R. Help!
