Facilitated Strategy Session
Project details
What we need
- Expert third party advice on process or managerial changes, geographic or programmatic expansion, potential pivots, or general strategic planning
- Facilitation of an intensive, one-day strategic planning session with staff and/or Board
- Note: If necessary, a follow-up strategic planning session may be scheduled
What we have in place
- We currently have a stakeholder presentation, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a capital campaign document, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,465 , allowing us to Put that money into staff development and leadership training.
We are currently experiencing a change in the organization with multiple options that will determine the direction and future of the organization. We are specifically considering building purchase options and the relaunch of our capital campaign. We have presented our board with an organizational assessment, building purchase options, possible directions for the future of the organization and next steps to engage key stakeholders. As a staff we are wanting to meet to further review our options before reengaging our board in October (next month).
