I'd like some help with how to track income and expense using Quickbooks for a nonprofit who only wants to give a report quarterly who has a separate checking account.

Our mission
The corporation is organized for the charitable and educational purpose of the preservation, study and interpretation of Jacob's Chapel's history, the restoration of its historic buildings, cemetery and artifacts, and the dissemination of information, including educational tours and historical reenactments, about Jacob's Chapel's illustrious past. The corporation will restore both buildings, the Colemantown Meetinghouse (circa 1813) and Jacob's Chapel (circa 1867), to their period; research, restore tombstones and catalog burial records; and purchase land and build a community center, education building and administrative complex with conference rooms and offices, a bookstore and library.
