Salesforce Database Customization
Salesforce Database Customization
Project details
What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
What we have in place
- Community Friendship, Inc. (CFI) is looking to fully integrate Salesforce. We currently have some information in Salesforce, but there is still more to upload, minus the duplication. I would just like to have all information as it relates to grant funding, donors, and prospects in one place.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to provide more services and programming to hundreds of Georgians across metropolitan Atlanta who have been diagnosed with a mental illness, the opportunity to obtain self-sufficiency and Independence.
The support we receive through this project will save us over $2,500 to $3,500 for the implementation of Salesforce. There is NO money in our budget to support this project. Any and all support for the implementation is greatly appreciated. This will allow our organization to reach more donors and stay connected.
Project plan
Our mission
Community Friendship, Inc. (CFI) is a non profit mental health rehabilitation organization that ensures a supportive community for adults with long-term mental health disabilities so that they can develop living, learning, working and social skills and access the resources needed to lead successful and satisfying lives. Our missions is to provide a supportive community for people whose mental illness prevents them from participating in community life, employment and relationships.
What we do
As a leading pioneer of psychiatric rehabilitative services, Community Friendship offers a comprehensive range of recovery-based programs. We provide support and training in self-sufficiency and independent living, career development, and full integration in the community.
We take a holistic approach, working with the whole person - mind, body, and spirit and not just their illness. We believe that all individuals have the ability to grow and reach their full potential.
