What we need
- A detailed, unbiased audit of the Organization's culture including current strengths and areas of improvement
- Actionable steps to promote team happiness and productivity
What we have in place
- We currently have HR policies, employee handbook, mission, vision, and values, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a lot of buy-in and energy from the non-clinical staff and board of directors, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to serve thousands of patients across Georgia and the southeast, advocate for reproductive health, rights, and justice, and ensure that FWHC is a great place to work.
Our organization has gone through major leadership changes over the past year and have survived significant staff turnover. In order to not repeat past mistakes and set us on a path to a healthy work environment, we need expertise and direction to ask the right questions and find sustainable solutions.

Our mission
The Feminist Women's Health Center provides accessible, comprehensive gynecological healthcare to all who need it without judgment. As innovative healthcare leaders, we work collaboratively within our community and nationally to promote reproductive health, rights, and justice. We advocate for wellness, uncensored health information and fair public policies by educating the larger community and empowering out clients to make their own decisions.
