Marketing Strategy
Marketing Strategy
Project details
What we need
- A written summary of the Organization's marketing goals and target audiences
- A list of key marketing channels that will yield the highest return on investment, with rationale
- Specific tactics the Organization can use to leverage the identified marketing channels
- Messaging guidelines for the channels identified, including specific key messages (if needed)
- A summary of the key metrics for evaluating marketing effectiveness, and guidance on how to track metrics over time
Additional details
In addition to mass marketing, the organization would like advice on best strategies for individual approaches to potential donors, with some sample messaging.
What we have in place
- We currently have established social media accounts, and other marketing tools, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a commitment from the Board of Directors to expanding the organization's marketing efforts, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,198 , allowing us to more effectively utilize our limited resources to reach our targeted audiences, rather than hoping to achieve our goals through broad appeals.
As PathWays PA celebrates its 40th Anniversary, the organization's leadership recognizes that for its ongoing success it needs to get its name out in the community with greater frequency. Specifically, the organization needs to gain greater name/brand recognition among key decision makers with corporations that could potentially support its programs; and key members of the philanthropic community. Additionally, through greater name recognition the organization will be more successful through individual giving campaigns such as Giving Tuesday, and crowd funding activities.
