Excel Dashboard Creation
Excel Dashboard Creation
Project details
What we need
- A dashboard in Excel or Google Sheets that visualizes key performance indicators (KPIs), with data from up to 3 sources
- Training on how to consistently update the dashboard for ongoing use
- Optional: Training on how to edit dashboard and execute on formulas and functions that will allow for its evolution
What we have in place
- We currently have a lot of (quite) clean and organized data in Google Sheets, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some rudimentary dashboards and a knowledgeable M&E Coordinator to oversee the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to learn more about what works and what doesn't, tailor our training, and reach more teachers and students.
The success of our organization depends on us being able to quickly and clearly share data with multiple parties: program management, marketing, and especially our teacher trainers. We need a simple way to get our data from its raw form to a central location that can be understood by everyone, so we can start turning that data into action. This will help our organization personalize training for individual schools and teachers, see what is working and what is not, and make agile decisions.
Project plan
Our mission
TeachUNITED is a global non-profit dedicated to reducing poverty and inequality through education. We focus on underserved communities where educational disparities are most acute.
What we do
Every child on the planet deserves access to an equitable and quality education.
Yet 250 million kids around the world still leave school without
critical reading, writing & math skills.
If current trends continue, by 2030 more than 750 million young people will not be on track to acquire basic secondary level skills. A global teacher shortage, estimated to reach 69 million by 2030, makes this learning crisis even more pressing. Without action, more than a quarter of the population in low-income countries -- more than 1.5 billion adults -- could be living in extreme poverty in 2050. Underserved and rural areas are the hardest hit.
TeachUNITED is determined to change that.
Our core belief is that a quality education is possible when students are taught by quality teachers. By providing training, resources, and long-term connections for teachers in underserved communities, we improve student learning outcomes.
Testimonials
Anita was great to talk to and very pleasant to work with! She showed a genuine interest and investment in our program. She was able to look through our data and pull out the most significant findings, and she gave a short training to staff to make sure that they were able to follow what she had done.
