What we need
  • An assessment of Organization's IT infrastructure including costs, speed, reliability and security
  • Advice on various IT services and the cost-benefit associated with each option
  • Potentially more efficient and secure services
  • Note: This does not include tech systems set up or implementation
What we have in place
  • We currently have IT company on retainer, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an IT Director who is alos the GM, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,001 , allowing us to have sanity.

Would like assessment of IT infrastructure Currently use Charter Business for internet Have wired network to offices and phones (Ring Central) and wireless network with 3 Apple Airports Ticketing web sales and database is with Tessitura and accessed via VPN Financial software (Quickbooks Enterprise 18) is on in-house Windows server It is only accessed by VPN by one person Internet comes in from street cable to IT room where routed via Synology server (used for previous season storage and for large picture files) Day-in day-out documents on Office 365 Have tech company on $100/month retianer They monitor and back-up servers.
