What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training

Backend experience of connecting salesforce with other lists and data base including mailchimp.
Worked with smaller non-profit who are moving from basic databsase (i.e. excel list) to having a functional salesforce database.

What we have in place
  • We currently have salesforce with basic data and new data from our contacts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff dedicated to running salesforce and IT, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to This project will save us $6000, allowing us to base build and provide opportunities for 6-10 to receive the cost of legal services for a low-income client seeking immigration help from our attorneys.

Our organization grew from 4 person operation to having a staff of 20 people. Starting up new departments and having a different excel list does not work anymore. We just migrated the basic data and set up basics for salesforce. Need more hands on assistance to make sure that our staff is trained up to utilize salesforce for its full potential and be able to transfer the knowledge to other staff members. With 2 annual fundraiser and continuing growth in our list, we need a database to be the backbone of our fundraising and base building.
