What we'd like to talk about
I'd like to brainstorm ideas for a major donor pre-event reception with an author: location, audience size, ticket price, program
Additional context
we are co-presenting with a bookstore a well-known children's author who is on book tour. We have the author for 30-45 minutes before the main event and want to use this to steward current donors and engage new donors.
