What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
Additional details

Would appreciate any advice or recommendations you have on products, vendors, and/or drop ship platforms.

What we have in place
  • We currently have logos, Pinterest board, color palettes, & product lists, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an employee / board member assigned to this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to fuel our emergency response vehicles for 3.5 months! :).

Like every non-profit, money is a critical factor. We rely mostly on grants and donations to fund our response and rescue operations, but we feel we need to diversify. We also need to increase brand awareness to promote our organization. We believe that selling awesome merchandise will help raise money and serve as great advertising!

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo, images, and/or slogan in electronic format and visual brand identity (if available)

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss desired design aesthetic and target audience for merchandise

Milestone 2: Design Phase
  • Professional creates initial design and sends to Volunteer Manager for up to three rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Finalizing Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions along with print specifications
