Project details

What we need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
  • We currently have current pay levels and job descriptions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our benefits guide and employee handbook, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to Retain employees and serve our students better.

We work with youth who need consistency in their lives and turnover is costly.

As a non-profit working in a full employment economy we cannot afford to pay top wages or top benefits With another catchafire consultant we are working on the culture and we are very generous with paid time off or bringing kids and dogs to work when necessary. However, we would like to pay near the mid range for our jobs and would like to work with someone who has access to pay rates and expertise in our sector including education and social work.

Testimonials

Fred was very knowledgeable and helpful when engaged but there were many times where he stopped communicating and in the end the project was never completed We did get some useful information, however but it took way to long to get it.
