What we need
  • Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
What we have in place
  • We currently have a logo. We have a copywiter working on new copy and we also have previous collateral.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to This project would save us at least $2500. can go to services to directly to providing services to people who cannot afford.

We have worked to upgrade our messaging, we have copywriters writing new copy for our collateral. Now we need to revamp the design collateral. Previously we just used templates in We need to re design the following:
1) Agency Brochure
2) Presentation template
3) 1 page fact sheet
4) Template for Annual Report

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for print materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Preliminary Concepts
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional drafts print materials, and incorporates any feedback into final product

  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format

The mission of the Lighthouse of Hope Counseling Center is to assist people using their natural abilities to achieve their goals and to facilitate emotional and spiritual development.

What we do

Lighthouse of Hope Counseling Center provides counseling to all Adults, Families and Children. We turn no one away due to the ablity to pay. We also work with At-Risk youth to prepare them for participation in the outside world!!
