What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
We would like to have a review of plug-ins available for our specific functionality (ie. ticketing, email marketing, fundraising, etc.) and setup of chosen plug ins.
What we have in place
- We currently have a well maintained patron database in Vendini, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a strong understanding of our needs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to provide subsidized space to 65 home-grown performing arts groups, keeping them in downtown Oakland amidst intense gentrification.
This project is essential for the growth and professionalism of our organization. While our organization is small, our data management needs are particularly complex as a two-part organization. Ragged Wing Ensemble is a theater company with ticketing, fundraising and marketing needs. The Flight Deck is a shared arts venue with invoicing, vendor, and sales pipeline management needs. An integrated CRM system will streamline operations, bolster efficiency, and increase income, helping this essential arts resource better provide for the Oakland creative community.

The Flight Deck provides affordable performance, rehearsal, gallery and office space to local community arts groups, hosts a membership program, and offers consulting services to help arts organizations thrive.
