Salesforce Database Customization

What we need
  • A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
  • Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
What we have in place
  • We currently have a list of needs and potential apps to integrate, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have open minds to learning new ways of using Salesforce, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to provide after school programs including tutoring, SAT/ACT Prep and other educational support programs to two additional schools in under-resourced communities for one year.

We are new to Salesforce and will be migrating information from other databases such as Zoho CRM (constituents/beneficiaries) and potentially Fundly Connect (volunteers). We know how we want to use Salesforce so that it is functional for our organization and meets our needs, but are not experts in how to customize it. We are open to learning best practices too. As a growing nonprofit, we know what Salesforce can help us to do in order to get where we want to be in the next 3-5 years, and need your help in creating/customizing a CRM that will take us there.
