Communication Materials Audit

Project details

What we need
  • Thorough review of the existing communication and marketing materials to ensure writing is understandable, engaging and consistent
  • Edits conducted with respect to writing style, voice, length, and proper spelling and grammar
  • Revised materials should adhere to branding, communications and marketing goals
What we have in place
  • We currently have a current and past program guide, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have three seasoned marketing and development staff members, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to utilize that to provide support services for clients.

Our non-profit human services agency is marking a 50th anniversary milestone in 2019. We need help from a skilled writer who can audit our agency's program guide so that we can edit copy that will: 1) chronicle the agency's longevity and evolution; 2) promote how we are saving lives and providing solutions for individuals and families in crisis; and 3) highlight our service areas. Our current brochure is copy intensive and ineffective in connecting with or motivating stakeholders into providing a new, deeper or renewed level of commitment, involvement or financial support.
