Communication Materials Audit
Communication Materials Audit
Project details
What we need
- Thorough review of the existing communication and marketing materials to ensure writing is understandable, engaging and consistent
- Edits conducted with respect to writing style, voice, length, and proper spelling and grammar
- Revised materials should adhere to branding, communications and marketing goals
What we have in place
- We currently have brochures, e-blasts, e-news, a website, a Facebook page and newsletters which should make it easy for you to get started. We have the ability to provide any other information you may need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to train new volunteers for our various programs and work to end elder isolation.
FriendshipWorks' mission is to decrease social isolation, improve quality of life and preserve the dignity of elders. Our programs include one-on-one companionship, group activities, short-term assistance and education. We would like an audit of our current communication materials to ascertain if we are reaching each of our target audiences, including current and potential donors, volunteers, recipients, referrals and the community at-large. We hope clear communication and a consistent voice across our various communication materials will help increase volunteerism, referrals and donations. Where do our materials speak well to all and where do we need to segment them?

We accomplish this by recruiting and training volunteers of all ages, faiths, and backgrounds who provide friendship, advocacy, education, assistance, and emotional support.
Testimonials
Alexis took the time to thoroughly review our materials and provided excellent suggestions in regards to our various communications material. In particular, my wrap up phone call with Alexis was very fruitful, and she went into even more depth about her observations that she offered in the assessment. It was evident that she put a lot of work into reviewing our materials and writing up her assessment.
