- Clear and effective copy for an annual report that illustrates the Organization’s successes and plans for growth (e.g., descriptions of programs, allocation of funds, and recognition of donors and volunteers)
- Blueprint of the structure for the annual report, including optimal content, length, and style
What we have in place
- We currently have financial documents, great photos, and materials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have lists of donors and descriptions of our work, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,148 , allowing us to Engage current and prospective partners in support of our work ensuring equitable access to pediatric cancer care.
The Aslan Project has been working for 5+ years to build the pediatric cancer health system in Ethiopia. We are looking to expand our scope to Kenya beginning in 2018. We have an extremely small full-time staff and have never had the capacity to produce an annual report; given the scope and impact of our work, however, we believe that it would be a vitally important tool to enhance awareness of our work and to engage current and prospective funders.

Our mission
In high-resource countries, more than 80% of children with cancer survive. In most LMICs, however, the reverse is true: the vast majority of children with cancer die, often in great pain.
Our mission is to redress this inequality by creating sustainable and locally supported pediatric cancer health care systems in LMICs and training local health professionals to recognize pediatric cancers early, diagnose them accurately, and treat them effectively and compassionately using affordable drugs, appropriate treatment regimens, and proper palliation.
