This project will save us $6,073 , allowing us to Engage a global audience to support our work ensuring equitable access to pediatric cancer care.

The Aslan Project has been actively engaged in building Ethiopia's pediatric cancer health system for 5+ years We have a website that is satisfactory but we are bringing it in-house to allow for greater flexibility in providing news and other updates as well as for cost-saving reasons It also is too wordy (diminishing its impact) and doesn't look fresh aesthetically We are designing the new website based on others we find particularly compelling (Last Mile Health). We have tremendous photos and good videos and would greatly appreciate your expert assistance in reflecting our work in an exciting new way.

Our mission

In high-resource countries, more than 80% of children with cancer survive. In most LMICs, however, the reverse is true: the vast majority of children with cancer die, often in great pain.

Our mission is to redress this inequality by creating sustainable and locally supported pediatric cancer health care systems in LMICs and training local health professionals to recognize pediatric cancers early, diagnose them accurately, and treat them effectively and compassionately using affordable drugs, appropriate treatment regimens, and proper palliation.
