Project details

What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
What we have in place
  • We currently have a detailed financial resources plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a newly create saleforce database with 1116 household accounts, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $17,068 , allowing us to take full advantage of what Salesforce has to offer and use to support our growth and program expansion.

Sunday Suppers is starting the second of it's three year growth plan. As part of this process we have had the data from multiple excel spreadsheets migrated to Salesforce. In this way all of our information about our donors, volunteers and other supporters is in one place. Now we need to learn how use it so that we can streamline our efforts in terms of cultivation, fundraising and engagement.

I am really interested in someone who can effectively communicate with someone who has very little knowledge of Salesforce and can speak in a less technical manner.

Our mission

Sunday Suppers uses food, education, and community-building to strengthen the health and well-being of families experiencing poverty and food insecurity. The organization's centerpiece is healthy meals served in a restaurant-like setting, nourishing families in an open-hearted, respectful manner. In addition to
expanding food access, Sunday Suppers amplifies the benefits of the weekly dinners with complementary programs:

* culinary, nutrition, and wellness education
* providing home kitchen equipment
* peer leadership training
* gardening program

Sunday Suppers' creates a safe, supportive community, maximizing program impact while addressing the connections between food, health, and environment.

Testimonials

It was really a pleasure working with Daniel. One thing we were looking for was someone who could discuss Salesforce with us in a way that was not super technical or complicated and Daniel was right on point. He helped us through the arduous process of getting the many kinks out of our data and getting us prepared as we head into 2019. He was also great at communicating with us about what was happening, what we needed from him and what he needed from us. In all a very good experience.
