How this will help
This project will save us $940 , allowing us to apply resources to sustaining affordable housing efforts and educating individuals and families that desire a quality way of living.
This project will ultimately help SUMMECH tell our story and increase donor support in our efforts in the preservation of affordable housing. We serve as a leader in community development initiatives that build economically sustainable neighborhoods in Mechanicsville and the State of Georgia. SUMMECH provides affordable housing to low and moderate-income families, who are at or below 80% of AMI. Home buying and financial literacy programs are offered to give everyone the opportunity of quality life.
