This project will save us $8,266 , allowing us to sustain affordable housing, educate and meet individuals where they are.

What We Need

  • A branded theme for a specific event based on the Organization's existing visual brand identity
  • Materials for the event including, but not limited to, invitations, email designs, graphics for social media, digital flyers, presentation design, and signage
  • Assets and branding guidelines for use in other materials (if applicable)
  • Note: This project does not include the production or printing of physical materials

How This Will Help

This project will help SUMMECH tell our story and increase donor support in our efforts in the preservation of affordable housing. We serve as a leader in community development initiatives that build economically sustainable neighborhoods in Mechanicsville and the State of Georgia. SUMMECH provides affordable housing to low and moderate-income families, who are at or below 80% of AMI. Home buying and financial literacy programs are offered to give everyone the opportunity of quality life.

What We Have In Place

We currently have brand messaging and tagline which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Facebook, Twitter, instagram with followers, and a website to support this effort and the ability to provide any other information you need.

Fun Fact

SUMMECH's developments have provided the fuel for the promise of neighborhood transformation and have culminated the development of over 1400 housing units independently and in partnership with for-profit developers. As a HUD Certified Housing Counseling Agency, over 1600 individuals have completed our Homebuyer Education and Financial Literacy Classes.
