Project details

What we need
  • Updates and/or fixes to the Organization’s existing website (e.g., update copy or images, fix bugs, integrate plugins or widgets, customize styles/themes, etc.)
  • Training for the Organization's staff on how to update website content and resolve minor issues (if applicable)
What we have in place
  • We use word press for our website, and have already created a list of updates and fixes we'd like to make.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to to free up staff time to focus on their respective areas.

WFN operates globally and we communicate with our network mostly through online tools including our website.

We performed an audit of what updates need to take place, and have additional information that we need added to the website.

We also have events coming up and we need to add landing pages to the website.

Finally, we'd like to figure out how to measure and evaluate user experience on our website.

Our mission

Our mission is to bring together the financial power and influence of funders of gender equity in order to address and solve critical and complex social issues ranging from poverty to global security.

What we do

Thirty-three years ago, the women's funding movement was a gathering of about 20 leaders who were convinced that philanthropy and social change needed to more fully recognize and include women's voices. Learn more about our unique history and the efforts of women across centuries to spark greater investment in issues affecting women and girls.

Today, Women's Funding Network is a growing community of more than 100 women's funds and foundations spanning 14 countries. Our latest annual report and impact reports share stories, data, and more about how our Network is making a difference locally, regionally, and globally.

Serving this growing community is the task of a diverse team, including our talented staff and our Board of Directors comprised of member representatives, visionary supporters, and thought leaders from around the world.

Testimonials

Vicky and Elie were amazing to work with. We learned a lot from them. They went above and beyond to advise us on how we can improve our website, and helped us reach realistic objectives. They were very understanding of the limited resources a small non profit has and were very generous with their time and their knowledge sharing. Thank you so much!
