How this will help
This project will save us $11,794 , allowing us to Pilot an automated monitoring system at Imperial Beach Ca. that will detect the DNA of bacteria virus or other microorganisms and report how much of it in the water.
GELF is an established platform that brings together scientific and engineering teams to Implement various environmental projects through initiatives. GELF supports university scientists research and development at several universities. GELF works with government scientists and private innovators. Some examples of innovations being developed use microbes to transform high grade organic waste (Like chicken poop) into hydrogen gas or electricity. Other systems detect and monitor in real time what type and amount of bacterium, or viruses are in water while others provide chemical free disinfection. Other systems remove heavy metal using nanoparticles. GELF needs a consistent revenue to carry-out it's mission
