This project will save us $4,174 , allowing us to enhance our monitoring and evaluation skills through the excel sheets and modeling for financial analysis.

What We Need

  • Customized Excel Training session(s) over the course of 1-2 days
  • Sessions may be broken up into Beginner, Intermediate, and/or Advanced
  • Sample topics may include: formulas, commonly used functions, autofill, sorting and filtering, freezing, hiding, and grouping, formatting tips, keyboard shortcuts, pivot tables, charting and graphing, print readiness, collaborative work issues, and overall best practices

How This Will Help

I have a new monitoring role in my organization that will need excel analysis and presentations. This will involve financial analysis for decision making on projects/programs and will involve tracking of project work plans and deliverable to enhance optimum budget burn rate.

What We Have In Place

We currently have I am willing to take the challenge which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have I already have starter skills in excel management and use and the ability to provide any other information you need.

Fun Fact

For staff, you are given a portfolio and asked to deliver - very minimal guide. Its like being dropped in a new planned and to live -- the freedom you get for innovation is just out of this world.
