What we need
- A written document that clearly translates a specific organizational or business need into the technical work required to achieve it
What we have in place
- We currently have a SIS specification, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a project manager who has experience running complex IS implmentations, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,127 , allowing us to Work more efficiently and have access to data that will help drive continuous improvement.
We need to develop a student information system Right now we manage everything on multiple excel spreadsheets access databases and Google Sheets Our xfunctional team is almost complete with a draft of our specifications and we would like someone to review it and help us source 3 - 5 SIS systems that we should consider and help us create a decision-making rubric Someone with background in student information systems would be helpful but not necessary The Executive Director (me) is leading the team and has a lot of experience in project managing complex IS systems

Our mission
LEAP for Education empowers low income and first-generation-to-college students to perform at higher levels in middle school and high school, and to graduate college prepared to pursue a successful career that matches their strengths and passions.
What we do
LEAP for Education provides free program to students ages 11-23 who are low income and first-generation-to-college. We provide academic support and enrichment, career and college readiness skills as well as career and college advising. LEAP does this through the the Academic Learning Programs in Salem and Gloucester, and the College Success Program in Peabody and Salem.
