What we'd like to talk about

I'd like to brainstorm ideas for creating a strong sense of team for a group that will only meet in-person once in August and then be spread out around the country the rest of the year.

Additional context

This group will be comprised of both staff and volunteers so I would like to create a large sense of team, but also a subset of team bonding just within the staff and then also just within the volunteers.
