What we need
- A document outlining the most appropriate social media channels, strategies for usage, goals and key metrics to evaluate success
- Expert consultation on messaging, scheduling and frequency
- Tailored suggestions for style, tone, and types of content to best showcase the Organization
What we have in place
- We currently have logos and flyers, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have over 500 followers on our Facebook page, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,632 , allowing us to spend more of our resources funding the projects in the communities with which we work.
Afrikan Unity Initiative, Inc. is a community and economic development nonprofit. We are grassroots and dedicated to empowering people to become their own heroes for their communities. We are in need of better social media strategies to engage more interest in our work and to market and get exposure to what we are already doing. Your assistance would be invaluable to the growth and sustainabilty of our organization.

What we do
Afrikan Unity Initiative, Inc. is an organization catered toward creating a better world for Afrikans and all people through interactive service and education. We are called an initiative because the word exemplifies proactiveness, which is a necessity when fighting injustice. Our model of empowering people to be the leaders they seek is attributed to the Great Fundi Ella Baker and her participatory democracy methodology. All of our initiatives are designed to work in any place around the globe in order for the organization to help people of Afrikan descent wherever they may be in the Diaspora.
