Project details
What we need
- Recommendations for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics such as link-building campaigns, improvements to website or blog’s architecture, keywords to target within content, as well as proper naming of titles, meta information and images
- Recommendations for implementing a paid advertising campaign of Organization’s choice, such as Pay Per Click (PPC), and advice on how to determine optimal spending on ads
- Training on how to evaluate performance of SEM strategy, as well as how to measure key site metrics
- Note: Google AdWords is one kind of PPC tool
What we have in place
- We currently have a manager of strategic engagement to help frame the work, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have great passion for our work, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,098 , allowing us to get our new website out the door and begin work on v.2 of our mobile app.
PGK is seeking expert assistance with Google AdWords optimization and overall SEO presence. As an online platform seeking to connect youth to service and volunteer opportunities, being able to be "found" on the internet is an important part of our overall strategy and essential to getting youth to utilize our free resources. As a small nonprofit, we do not have this expertise in-house, so assistance by a pro will pay big dividends in terms of increasing PGK's online presence. Further, we are just weeks away from launching our new website, so the timing is right!

Our mission
Project Giving Kids is a 501 (c)(3) public charity that uses technology to Connect Kids to Causes. The goal: to cultivate empathy in young children by connecting them to age-appropriate service opportunities at a critical time in their development and to strengthen the overall capacity of the nonprofit sector by uniting existing nonprofits with new volunteers and donors. Project Giving Kids (PGK) does this through an easy-to-navigate online platform designed for kids. Ultimately, PGK aims to become the go-to resource for kids (and those who love kids) looking to give back. By taking the time to partner with quality nonprofits providing fun opportunities to make a difference, Project Giving Kids take the guesswork out of the equation and provides great ideas that allow kids to begin the giving journey, anytime and anywhere.
