- A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
What we have in place
- We currently have Business plan template strategic plan, fund development plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff and volunteers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to Further our mission of ANEW BAM is dedicated to advancing the academic success of youth and families through culturally responsive arts education social emotional learning and African American history culture.
Business planning anticipates the inevitability of organizational change and focuses on producing a plan that is realistic comprehensive and integrated across organizational functions while remaining true to the mission of the organization diversify financial resources. The business plan will help address how ANEW BAM will diversify its resources such as by enlarging its individual donor base and then how to drill down to identify how that will happen. The tactic of developing an annual giving campaign, is critical to sustaining ANEW BAM such as by identifying the cost of staff needed to support all business related initiatives.
