Project details

What we need
  • Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
  • Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
  • Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
  • Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
What we have in place
  • We currently have a website that is relatively easy to navigate, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have links to other sites for comparison, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to use that money for programs and services for our residents who have more immediate needs we need to address.

Skid Row Housing Trust renovates older buildings and builds new permanent supportive housing to address homelessness in dignified innovative ways We transform and elevate buildings communities and the lives of our staff and residents so our website needs to clearly reflect that

An audit will help us map out how we can redesign our site to:
- engage and empower new supporters of every age
- educate people about homelessness and solutions to homelessness
- provide a clear path for people to find resources if they are homeless

We hope to attract more donors and supporters of permanent supportive housing.
