What we'd like to talk about
I'd like to learn more about redesigning our Salesforce platform. I set up the platform on my own, with no knowledge and no aim. It works well for tracking our cases, but it is abysmal for reporting.
Additional context
We would like our SF program to be able to tell us more about the types of cases we take and reject, about our volunteers, and to integrate with other systems better.
