Our mission

Robert Toporek a Vietnam Veteran transformed from fighter to healer.

And is now leading a mission from high touch to high tech, our goal is to ensure that every child/family, has the tools, training, technology, and opportunity to reach their full potential, from conception throughout their lives.

What we do

In 1975 Robert began training directly with Ida P Rolf. Over the next four years he served as her east coast business manager, finding her administrative assistants, taking her shopping, traveling with her to board meetings, conferences and just going to the movies. Robert hosted her 80th birthday party in his house in Philadelphia and she was surrounded by people that loved and respected her.

In 1978 Dr Rolf choose Robert to implement, and manage a project to demonstrate, document. and promote the benefits of Rolfing for babies & children..After her death Robert published and award winning video and monograph titled "The Promise of Rolfing Children. Robert has continued this effort and has now helped over 300 whole families, improve their posture, relieve chronic pain, transform stress and significantly impact their physical and emotional well being. Robert is pioneering working with new born babies and babies and children with developmental challenges like cerebral palsy, down syndrome, scoliosis, autism.
He is now committed to sharing this work with other practitioners and people around the world.

In 1997 he took his table to one of the most violent/ drug and poverty stricken neighborhoods, known as "the Badlands of North Philadelphia". He and a group of volunteers began giving children massages right on the street corner, they distributed books, art supplies, athletic, cleaned up the neighborhood, built a playground. He began distributing refurbished computers to every family.

His ex wife developed cancer ,he put that project on hold. His practice had gone to hell, his son did not have a mother and he decided he needed a bigger problem. He came up with the plan to distribute 2,000 Without a business plan, funding, a staff or even a place to launch the project he went to work. The rest is history.

He has now distributed over 15,000 refurbished computers.
