Google Workspace Set Up
Project details
What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
What we have in place
- We currently have Google Drive, Gmail and Google Groups in place, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a co-coordinator (Gail) who is available to work closely with you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to cover expenses associated with fighting tar sands pipelines in Wisconsin, including mobilizing farmers and other landowners and working with native communities.
We are a small but rapidly growing organization. We depend on Google Drive Gmail and Google Groups communications and document storage. However, our use has evolved in an ad hoc manner over the years and the tools are not being used optimally. Many of our board and staff members do not know how to use them . We would very much appreciate having an expert (1) review our current Google tool use (2) recommend and help us implement changes and (3) provide board and staff training .This will really help our organizational effectiveness!

Testimonials
Richard did a great job helping us set up Google Suites for our organization. He was able to figure out our needs and to patiently walk us through the process step-by-step. I learned a tremendous amount working with him, and feel much more confident with Google Suites.
