What we have in place
- We currently have ideas for renting co-working spaces & mtg rms and experience, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have customers, someone to manage rentals etc., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,794 , allowing us to to earn much-needed income and to meet a community need.
The Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute recently acquired a renovated building that houses our offices and art galleries/meeting rooms. Amenities include a kitchenette, an outdoor deck, WiFi, AV equipment and some closets. We would like to create and formalize an earned income plan to rent out workstations and meeting spaces. We also want to have a pricing strategy for our rentals, admission fees etc. This project will help us utilize resources more effectively, and raise much-needed revenue to help fund our social justice, arts, culture and education programs.
