Our mission
Youth Challenge America is a global youth development organization that promotes youth innovation to drive positive change.
What we do
Youth Challenge America (YCA) is the American affiliate of Youth Challenge International and is based in New York City.
YCA places volunteers aged 18-35 overseas on community development projects. YCA's programs are designed to meet the needs of youth affected by poverty through three integrated sectors: youth livelihoods, youth health and youth leadership.
YCA currently has projects in Costa Rica, Guyana, Tanzania and Ghana.
