What we need
  • Detailed evaluation of a particular program, measured outcomes, and its impact on Organizational goals
  • Recommendations for areas of improvement in program delivery including allocation of resources
Additional details

Ability to consultation with volunteer committee and provide 2 on line surveys to gather input from stakeholders to be used in the evaluation process.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a series of quesitons we need responses to, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a small group of volunteers dedicated to the project and various data points, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to provided needed resources for these empowered leadership volunteers.

The success of our organization depends on on our new Area Board structure & their effectiveness. Without your help, we cannot improve the tools and resouces they need. Your skills will empower us to assess and make course corrections to resources and training.

  • Professional recommends ways to improve upon services and to allocate resources to strengthen the programs
