Project details

What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
What we have in place
  • We currently have a high res logo & chosen promotional materials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have inspiration brand book & chosen vendor, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to showcase the voices, stories and vision of our community as we offer free cultural & healing programs.

The success of our organization depends on the visibility of our org & raising funds for our work. Without your help, we cannot achieve the distance & expertise needed. Your skills will empower us to your skills will empower us to change systems & build commun.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo, images, and/or slogan in electronic format and visual brand identity (if available)

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss desired design aesthetic and target audience for merchandise

Milestone 2: Design Phase
  • Professional creates initial design and sends to Volunteer Manager for up to three rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Finalizing Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions along with print specifications
