What we need
  • Document that articulates in a consistent voice key messages about the Organization’s identity, constituents, mission, and vision
  • Creation of taglines and talking points to help the Organization communicate clearly and concisely
  • Recommendations on tailoring messaging for common communication channels (e.g., website copy, printed marketing collateral, pitching verbally)
What we have in place
  • We currently have a Key Messages document and some program language, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the recommendations and personality traits from the comms consultant, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,600 , allowing us to focus on accomplishing other goals in our strategic plan to continue strengthening NPCC's infrastructure and programming.

NPCC has inconsistently described itself and programs to our members, funders, and the world. We are halfway through the first year of our strategic plan, which is focused on strengthening NPCC's infrastructure, comms, and programming.

NPCC has recently undergone a 'brandraising' day with a communications consultant and came away with a new personality and identity as well as notes on what we need to work on.

We need help revising our current Key Messages/Program language into a Preferred Language One Pager that clearly articulates our key messages and helps staff and Board begin to use consistent language.
